Watercress

Watercress has a very unique, strong flavor!  Your grower finds it similar to arugula in terms of its intensity, though with a tart characteristic.  As such, a small amount goes a long way.  We recommend using raw in small amounts as an addition to add a blast of flavor, or cooked as a soup component.
