About Westcliffe Greens
Located in the small mountain town of Westcliffe Colorado, we got our start selling our local, hydroponically grown leafy greens at the Westcliffe Farmers Market. Once our customers discovered that because we grow indoors, we are able to grow our leafy greens year-round, they began to ask how they could continue enjoying fresh greens throughout the winter! We’ve thus been working diligently to find ways to offer our products to the community both on- and off- season.
What Have We Grown?
We have experimented with a number of different greens and herbs, including many varieties of lettuce outside of your typical grocery store offerings, along with more exotic greens that are otherwise unavailable in the local area. Our most consistent producers, and personal favorites, are listed below to give you an idea of what your share might have!

Meet the Grower
Chris moved to Westcliffe at the beginning of 2022. Before establishing Westcliffe Greens and learning the art of hydroponics, Chris received his Ph.D. and pursued a career for the past decade as a college Professor. Leaving academia to return “back to the soil” (or water, in our case!) is a decision he can’t recommend more.
