Description
Bok Choi is one of our personal favorites. We grow a few varieties, but in all cases it excels in soups and stir-fry. The leaves are tender and will cook down, but the thick stems retain a degree of firmness and texture, and are in large part where bok choi shines.
Our new batch is maturing, so good to go! You may get a single or double pack depending on how large they get!
