——-

Soft-launch of our freeze-dried greens powder.  Every batch may be different, but all will include a random selection of  our raw, freeze-dried, powderized, concentrated greens (leafy greens tend to be about 92-98% water, so dry powder packs a nutrient punch).

We’re happy with being freeze-dried, (rather than dehydrated, for maximum nutrition).  We’ll be adding more information on the process shortly.  Short version: it’s better than heat-based dehydration, nutritionally.  And at Westcliffe Greens, that’s a prime directive in the game.

Note we also are including 02 absorbers in our bags in case you plan for long-term storage, so be aware of the packet inside the container.

We’ll be adding recipe suggestions soon as well, so stay tuned.  More specific varieties to come, as well.

NOTE: This is our “soft-opening” of this product.

So, despite our confidence in our produce and freeze-dried product, and although we’ll do our best to guarantee viability, we can’t guarantee the decade+ longevity/etc., yet (unfortunately 3rd party organizations manufacturing of Mylar bags and 02 absorbers, etc., take this out of our hands).  Feedback is welcome.

But we think you’ll like it.

Thanks, all.
